    Tonight, we have an absolute thriller of a matchup between the Avs and the Leafs. The Avs are currently the second favorite to win the Stanley Cup at +600 odds and the Leafs sit right behind them at +900 odds. The Leafs are -140 favorites tonight and the over is set at o6.5. The teams have only faced off once this season where the Leafs absolutely fucked the Avs in a 6-2 win.  Georgiev started in goal this game but got pulled before the end of the game after getting lit up for 5 goals.
 
    In the matchup tonight Georgiev will once again be in the net for the Avs and will be facing off against Samsonov for the Leafs. Besides the absolute bludgeoning earlier in the season, there isn’t really much difference between these two teams statistically. There is less than 0.2 gpg and gapg difference between the two sides and both of their goalies have been money recently. The only difference between these two sides that I can see tonight is that one of them is the home team in this huge matchup and the other is not. The Maple Leafs have a home record of 24-7-4 this season which is one of the best in the NHL. The Avs on the road have been no joke themselves with a record of 19-11-1.
 
    This matchup is very tight between two Stanley Cup favorites. It seems almost impossible to pick between the two of them in a matchup like this, but I have a winner and a line for you guys. The hungry dog always runs faster and the Avs are the hungry dog tonight.
